These Terms govern your use of the Kirya app and website. By using the Service, you agree to them.

The platform

Kirya is a marketplace connecting renters with independent car-rental vendors. The rental agreement is between you and the vendor.

You must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, and provide accurate information.

Prices are shown before you confirm, in MAD or EUR. Payments are processed securely. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown at booking.
